The workflow engine keeps track of each and every event which takes place on a work packet. This includes state changes, when notes are added, deleted or updated, when work is re-routed or when other events such as timeouts occur.

Each event is recorded in the audit log, and can be displayed in a timeline like the one below. Each block represents some event or action taken on the work packet. The colours indicate what type of event, whilst moving the mouse over the event will show details about the event.

By clicking the show state diagram, a graphical view of the workflow process the work packet is following will be displayed.

Above the graphical workflow display, where the red indicates states where the work has competed, purple the state the work is currently in, and yellow, other states in the workflow.
