Omni Helpdesk Worker interface is the interface that the workers (those which perform the work allocated to them) use. This interface is as SIMPLE as possible, so that persons with minimal computer experience will be able to access the screen.

This screen simply shows a list of all work outstanding for the person. Different colours indicate the priority, and by double clicking on a row, the details of the work can be seen.
