Omni-Warehouse Manager Omni-Warehouse Manager is a virtual multi warehouse application that functions on the Drag and Drop principle with the following functions:
The program can identify available (empty) space over multiple warehouses and shelves and will highlight these available storing positions. Different products are colour-coded to allow quick visual identification.The program can also search for products over multiple warehouses via lot and/or serial numbers and will identify the products (i.e. container, pallet) and position thereof. The program can break bulk products down into smaller packages and store these.The program has the facility to handle automated (conveyor belt) repacking where lot numbers flow from one bulk pack into another repacked package with mixed lot / serial numbers. The program can create movement instruction slips (pick lists) that is a duplication of the drag and drop stock movements as done by the program operator. These instructions can be handed to the forklift drivers / labourers to execute the stock movements in the warehouses.The program can print stocktaking forms that are a virtual duplication of the bins and shelves to allow entering of data as per physical stock take. The program can print a list of stock in total or per shelf and will identify the bin / shelf position of every product.The program can generate bar codes and give printing instructions to enable bar code labelling of products. The program allows stocktaking per bar code scanner and will compare this information with the stock as per the program and will highlight all variances. |
